We operate fulfillment centers in the United States, South Korea and Japan. Orders are shipped from the fulfillment center located in the customer's country whenever possible.

 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

 

Delivery Time

• United States: 3–7 business days
• South Korea: 1–3 business days
• Japan: 2–5 business days

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the fulfillment location and delivery method.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All products shipped from the local fulfillment center are inclusive of applicable local taxes. Customers are not responsible for additional import duties.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
